Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Location: American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) – Daphne, AL
Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour
The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is looking to welcome 2–3 dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to our interdisciplinary team this June. Join a collaborative and supportive environment that includes behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists.
As an RBT at AARC, you’ll play a critical role in implementing individualized behavior plans for children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with autism and related challenges. You’ll receive guidance and mentorship from experienced BCBAs while working closely with families and other professionals to deliver meaningful, data-driven services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities include:
Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
Collecting and recording accurate data
Collaborating with caregivers and team members
Attending training and maintaining required documentation
Participating in AARC and community events
Requirements:
RBT Certification (preferred)
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Physical ability to support clients as needed
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (9.5-hour shifts)
