Location: Daphne, Alabama | Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Daphne, AL. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Applied Behavior Analysts.

About the Role:
You will be part of a team committed to providing high-quality therapy services to infants, toddlers, children, teens, and young adults. Our coordinated, multidisciplinary approach allows us to treat a variety of congenital and acquired neurological conditions, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Sensory Processing Disorders
  • Developmental Delays
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Down Syndrome and other genetic conditions
  • Communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders
  • Spasticity and more

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Alabama
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Experience working with children with multiple disabilities and/or behavioral challenges preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with community resources is a plus
